Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who brings B2B expertise, creative content creation skills, and strategic social media execution to amplify our presence in the education sector. This role will be responsible for shaping our brand voice, producing high-impact content, and executing cross-platform campaigns to engage schools and education leaders.

You will work closely with product marketing, sales, and design teams to elevate our story and differentiate us in a competitive EdTech market.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Brand Strategy & Execution :

• Build and evolve the brand identity to resonate with institutional stakeholders, school Learning heads, CIOs, learning directors and education decision-makers.
• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the CuriousEd brand and business objectives.
• Work with brand building in B2B marketing , preferably for an online product.
• Create and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, posts, blogs) for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Ensure brand consistency across web, events, campaigns, and partner channels.
• Grow and engage our community of schools, educators, parents, and students through compelling storytelling and campaigns.
• Monitor trends in EdTech, AI, and Cambridge curriculum to create relevant and shareable content.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and the marketing team to optimize branding.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and encourage discussions.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to refine social media strategies.
