Experience with PSTN connectivity, number porting, and management.

Familiarity with Teams-certified devices and meeting room configurations.

Proven ability to manage SLA-based incident resolution and escalation processes.

Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security best practices in Teams Voice environments.
