About the Role

We are looking for a Software Product / Operations Manager to lead a team of developers, testers, and UI engineers for government technology projects. The candidate will act as the bridge between government clients and our internal software teams — managing requirements, guiding development, and ensuring successful implementation of modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with government clients to gather and document requirements for specific software modules.
• Manage cross-functional software teams (developers, testers, UI / UX).
• Plan, track, and deliver project milestones using tools like JIRA.
• Oversee module implementation and coordinate with government departments for go-live and support.
• Ensure smooth communication between client and internal stakeholders.
