- Conduct engaging Induction and onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture.
- Facilitate training programs on company processes, tools, and soft skills for employees.
- Utilize modern learning techniques, including AI tools, to enhance training effectiveness and engagement.
- Collect feedback from training sessions and continuously improve content and delivery.
Role Responsibilities :
