About the Role

We’re looking for a Visual Designer who can transform ideas into striking visuals with minimal handholding. If you have a keen eye for aesthetics, love typography, and enjoy designing for pitches, marketing materials, and web experiences, this role is for you. You’ll play a key role in elevating our brand and design presence across all touchpoints.

This is a founder-facing, internal design role where your work will impact how we showcase our ideas and concepts to potential customers / clients. You will be working at the cross-roads of marketing, business development and visual design.

What You’ll Do

Design pitch decks, marketing collateral, and website visuals that make an impact.

Collaborate with team members to bring concepts to life, ensuring creativity and consistency across projects.

Leverage AI design tools to accelerate workflows, explore creative possibilities, and enhance output.

Create a variety of design assets, including illustrations, icons, and visual elements, for various platforms and campaigns.

Take ownership of your work and conceptualize independently with minimal guidance.

Who You Are

A designer with at least 2 years of experience at an agency / product company who is confident in executing ideas independently.

Possess strong aesthetic taste and typography skills—you notice the details others might miss.

Comfortable using AI tools to enhance your workflow and explore creative directions.

Collaborative, adaptable, and able to contribute to a fast-paced, creative team.
