Job description

1. Salesforce Architect

Experience : 15-20 : Bangalore, :

  • Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions using best practices, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations.
  • Define technical architecture, data models, and integration strategies.
  • Design and define scalable Salesforce technical architecture solutions that align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Guide development teams through technical challenges and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Provide technical leadership in Salesforce platform capabilities such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Design and implement API integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Create documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features, tools, and capabilities to improve system performance and functionality.
  • Experience with CI / CD tools (Copado, GitHub) for Salesforce deployment.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong experience in data migration strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices for Salesforce development.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect).
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and architecture.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security model, and sharing rules.
  • Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, REST / SOAP APIs, and ETL tools.
  • Proven experience in designing scalable and secure solutions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
