Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding their mutual fund investments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting mutual funds.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of mutual funds, including investment strategies and risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications related to financial services.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
