Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding their mutual fund investments.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting mutual funds.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of mutual funds, including investment strategies and risks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.

Proficiency in using technology and software applications related to financial services.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
