About the Role :

We are seeking experienced and proactive Quality Assurance professionals specializing in ETL and Web Testing to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

You will be responsible for validating data pipelines, web applications, APIs, and dashboards to ensure data accuracy, platform stability, and user experience.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of manual and automation testing, API testing, and experience in BI tools and ETL processes.

Prior exposure to healthcare systems and HL7 will be a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform ETL testing and validate data flows between sources and targets (preferably using Informatica or similar tools).
  • Conduct API testing using Postman, including validation of request / response structures, status codes, and payload data.
  • Validate Power BI dashboards, checking for data integrity, filters, KPIs, and report logic accuracy.
  • Execute web application testing, covering UI, functionality, browser compatibility, and responsive

design.

  • Write and execute advanced SQL queries to verify data accuracy and transformation logic.
  • Participate in test planning, test case design, execution, defect logging, and reporting.
  • Document and maintain clear test artifacts in accordance with STLC standards.
  • Lead QA efforts across web and data-related projects, mentoring junior analysts and coordinating test execution.
  • Drive end-to-end quality assurance processes for ETL pipelines, APIs, dashboards, and UIs.
  • Define and enforce QA best practices, test strategy, test plans, and regression suites.
  • Oversee test reporting and QA metrics, including defect density, test coverage, and execution traceability.
  • Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business analysts to resolve defects and clarify business logic.
  • Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases and test results.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong experience in ETL testing Informatica preferred; others like Talend or SSIS are acceptable.
  • Proficient in API testing using Postman and similar tools.
  • Advanced SQL skills for writing and debugging complex queries.
  • Hands-on experience validating Power BI dashboards or other BI reporting platforms.
  • Exposure to manual and automation testing practices.
  • Sound knowledge of STLC, bug lifecycle, and QA documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
