Customer Support Associate

Broad scope of work for Customer Service Associate (CSAs) to be posted at Asset Recovery Vertical.

Location : Lucknow

Department : Asset recovery vertical

Qualification : B.COM / M.COM, CA / CS

Budget : 25000-30000 Per month

JOB DISCRIPTION

 The CSAs will be broadly responsible for the following :

 Daily monitoring of recovery data in Non-Performing Assets [NPA] accounts through system generated reports.

 To collect and analyze relevant data for reporting purposes to the Senior management.

 To assist officers in preparing recovery related reports / other relevant reports to be furnished to Top Management at regular intervals.

 To assist in various audit / statutory audit / RBI Audit / Accounting / Closing related works.

 To draft office notes related to various tasks assigned for perusal and approval of delegated authority.

 To engage / follow up with branches / ARV units via Telephone / email correspondences / online communication platforms etc. for collating requisite data for recovery monitoring purposes and onward submission to senior management.

 Organizing Teams Meeting

 To assist in submission of periodical data to Regulator / Govt. Institutions / Statutory Authorities.

 To engage / follow up and co-ordinate with Other Verticals / Cells / Departments for assigned tasks to ensure smooth functioning of work at ARV.

 Any other task / instructions assigned related to Asset Recovery Vertical

Pre-requisites

 Should have adequate working knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint 2016 and Advance Versions.

 Reasonable command over exchanging correspondences via email / telephone in English & Hindi languages. Should have basic knowledge of working with Microsoft Outlook

 Good communication skills both in Hindi and English

 Good drafting skill.

 Ability to demonstrate Team-work and work synergistically with other staff to achieve organizational goals.

 Preliminary knowledge about SARFAESI Act 2002, Debt Recovery Tribunal, and National Company Law Tribunal / Lok Adalat.
