Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and creative Social Media Coordinator to lead and execute strategies for our brands : Asmita India Realty, Asmita Organic Farms, and Asmita Club.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-brand social media management, a deep understanding of digital trends, and the ability to work with a 10-member multidisciplinary marketing team to ensure consistent, impactful, and engaging communication across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development & Execution
- Create and implement brand-specific social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and identity across platforms.
- Integrate social media initiatives with larger marketing campaigns.
2. Content Creation & Curation
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, videos).Develop platform-specific content for each brand (e.g., real estate buyers, organic consumers, fitness enthusiasts).Collaborate with designers to create visually compelling assets.3. Campaign Management & Coordination
Lead influencer tie-ups, paid promotions, and seasonal campaign execution.Coordinate with internal marketing teams (writers, designers, ad specialists) for smooth campaign delivery.Manage timely promotion of events, launches, and announcements.4. Audience Growth & Engagement
Engage actively with followers respond to comments, messages, and mentions.Build brand communities tailored to target groups (buyers, farmers, health-conscious audiences).Partner with influencers and industry leaders for reach expansion.5. Analytics & Optimization
Track performance via Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, etc.Prepare reports with insights, ROI, and actionable recommendations.Optimize campaigns based on analytics-driven insights.6. Online Reputation & Crisis Management
Monitor brand reputation across platforms.Address customer concerns promptly, collaborating with customer care when required.7. Team Collaboration
Work closely with a 10-member marketing team for seamless workflows.Provide guidance to junior social media team members.8. Trend Monitoring & Innovation
Stay updated with algorithms, formats, and emerging platforms.Experiment with new ideas to keep brands ahead in the digital space.9. On-Camera & Travel
Confident in appearing on-camera for reels, stories, or explainers (preferred).Open to occasional travel for events, shoots, or campaigns.10. Marketing Automation -
Marketing Automation to plan, execute, optimize, and analyze targeted Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in audience segmentation, automation workflows, personalization, and performance analysis, with the goal of driving customer engagement, retention, and conversions.Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.2 to 5 years experience managing multiple brand accounts (real estate, organic food, or lifestyle sectors preferred).Interest in fitness and wellness.Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, scheduling tools, Google Analytics.Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Creativity, design sense, and strong interpersonal skills.Additional Skills (Preferred)
Experience with influencer collaborations.Awareness of Mumbai and Indian cultural nuances.On-camera presenting skills.
