Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation. Ability to handle objections and convert conversations into opportunities. Comfortable making high-volume calls daily (100+). Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven. Must be able to work during US time zones . Stable internet connection and a noise-free workspace. Aonxi Inc. is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for experienced Cold Callers who can generate high-quality leads from the US B2B market .
If you are confident on calls, results-driven, and hungry to grow—this is the role for you.
What You Will Do :
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to US-based small businesses.
- Generate 3–5 fresh qualified leads every day .
- Communicate our value proposition clearly and professionally.
- Identify prospects, qualify them, and book demo appointments.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead information, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Meet weekly and monthly performance targets.
