• Must-Have :
• Professional Experience :
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead capacity within the financial services industry.
• Deep Domain Expertise :
• Demonstrable, in-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas is essential :
• Banking domain is mandatory)
• Regulatory Technology (RegTech), specifically AML / KYC and compliance frameworks.
• Technical Acumen :
• A strong understanding of modern software development, including API-driven microservices architectures. You must be able to "speak the language" of developers and architects.
• Agile Mastery :
• Proven experience working as a BA in a fast-paced Agile / Scrum environment, with expertise in creating and managing a product backlog.
• Exceptional Communication :
• World-class verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stakeholder Management :
• A proven track record of successfully managing relationships and aligning senior stakeholders from different business functions.
