About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Applications (Cloud ERP). The ideal candidate will have extensive exposure to technical development, integrations, and customizations in Oracle Fusion Cloud, with strong client-facing and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions and technical components in Oracle Fusion Applications.

Create and manage OTBI / BI Publisher reports, dashboards, and data models.

Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, FBDI templates, ADF Personalizations, and Web Services integrations.

Build and support integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and third-party systems using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.

Manage data conversion, migration, and loading activities using FBDI, HDL, and ADF Desktop Integrator.

Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system stability.

Work closely with Functional Consultants and Business Stakeholders to understand requirements.

Participate in requirement gathering, design workshops, and client presentations.

Provide technical guidance and best practices to team members.

Key Skill and Competencies :

Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud architecture.

Hands-on experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, OIC.

Knowledge of ADF, VBCS, and Extensions.

Familiarity with Oracle tables, technical processes in Oracle ERP modules like-Finance / SCM / HCM / CX.

Expertise in data migration, integration design, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud offerings (SaaS and PaaS) and web services.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

8+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud technical development.

Proven experience with 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.

Certification in Oracle Cloud Applications (optional but preferred).
