Student Recruitment Ambassador

As a key player in our student recruitment efforts, this role will support the planning and delivery of outreach activities across India. Reporting to a senior team member, you will focus on building relationships with schools, colleges, and partners to achieve recruitment targets and enhance our market presence.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to applicants throughout the admissions process and representing our organization professionally and proactively across the region.

Main Responsibilities :

• Represent Our Organization : Organize and participate in student recruitment events and visits across India to promote our brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support Applicants : Respond to enquiries related to entry requirements, applications, and scholarships, providing accurate and timely information to ensure a positive experience.
• Convert Enquiries into Applications : Support the conversion journey from enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants.
• Process Applications : Assist with application processing, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Analyse Data : Conduct market research and data analysis to provide actionable insights supporting regional recruitment strategies.
• Maintain Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, partner institutions, and key stakeholders in India.
• Liaise with Teams : Liaise effectively with our wider teams involved in international recruitment.
• Coordinate Events : Coordinate and support inbound and outbound visits, delegations, and events.

About You :

A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience is required. Must have Right to Work in India.
