Role Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow SPM Consultant / Developer with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite. The role involves delivering portfolio, project, and demand management solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and optimize SPM modules including Demand Management, Project & Program Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning
• Translate business requirements into scalable SPM solutions and workflows
• Customize solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
• Build dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for portfolio visibility
• Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD) and external systems using REST / SOAP APIs
• Support testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), deployments, and post go-live support
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
