Role Overview

As a Subject Expert & Program Lead, you will deliver multiple academic programs within your subject area through personalized, high-engagement instruction

Your responsibilities will include:

• International Boards: Teaching IB, IGCSE, CBSE, and ICSE curricula with unique pedagogy
• Olympiads & Challenges: Training for national and International competitions
• Standardised Tests: Preparing students for subject-based aptitude and admission exams.
• Content Development: Designing rigorous, structured, and student-friendly materials

Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in the subject preferred (minimum: Graduate with proven teaching experience)
• Strong subject expertise in their subject
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Confident, energetic, growth-oriented, and student-centric mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Comprehensive Training: 2 months (compensated)
• Post- Training-: ₹3,60,000 CTC annually (subject to experience)
• Work Hours: 50 hours/week (6 days). Yes its intense but you'll love it !
• Travel: Business-related allowance
