Role Overview

As an Entry-Level Graphic Designer, you will support the design team in crafting visual narratives, brand identities, campaign assets, and digital experiences for our global brand portfolio. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment and wants to build a strong foundation in brand communication and design strategy.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with senior designers and strategists to develop brand narratives and visual systems

Create campaign assets, social media creatives, presentations, and digital-first design solutions

Assist in building brand identity systems and design guidelines

Support storytelling by translating brand concepts into compelling visuals

Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews

Adapt global brand guidelines to local markets while maintaining visual integrity

Deliver high-quality design outputs within timelines

Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and strategy

What We’re Looking For

A design graduate or someone with 0–1 years of hands-on experience

Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals — layout, colour, typography, composition

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);

familiarity with Figma is a plus

Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into visuals

Curiosity about brand-building, communication design, and digital cultur

A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability

A proactive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
