Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – OTL, Core HR & Absence

6+ years of

Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience

with strong expertise in

Time & Labor (OTL), Core HR, and Absence modules .

2–3

end-to-end implementations

in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, OTL, and Absence.

Hands-on experience with

Data Migration activities , preparing and validating

FBDI templates

for bulk data loading from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion.

Strong ability to

interact and work independently with business stakeholders , ensuring effective communication and solution delivery.

Proven experience in

collaborating with multiple stakeholders

across teams for successful project execution.

Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

with a client-facing mindset.

Immediate joiners

or

candidates with notice period up to 45 days / less
