About the Role

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator to develop engaging, high-quality content across digital, social, and on-ground platforms. This role is key to building brand identity and crafting compelling stories that connect with audiences worldwide.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish multimedia content (videos, graphics, articles, reels, etc.) for social media and marketing channels.

Develop creative campaigns to promote events, athletes, and initiatives.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and event teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Manage social media presence and engage with audiences to boost visibility and interaction.

Capture on-ground and behind-the-scenes moments during events and activations.

Research sports trends and emerging digital formats to keep content fresh.

Edit and repurpose content for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).

Track analytics and performance metrics to optimize future strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

4–8 years of experience in content creation, preferably in sports, entertainment, or media.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator).

Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.

Knowledge of social media trends, sports culture, and audience engagement strategies.

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with photography, videography, or motion graphics is an advantage.
