Experience & Leadership

• 8–12+ years of deep performance marketing experience.
• Demonstrated success leading teams , managing agencies, and running multi-channel paid media at scale
• Proven ability to own and manage large budgets , forecasting, pacing, and optimizing spend for maximum ROI
• Experience building end-to-end performance strategies across channels, funnels, and consumer journeys
• Ability to work closely with leadership, admissions, product, and technology to drive aligned growth outcomes
