Location : Remote (India / Global) – Coordination with U.S. team (New Mexico)

About the Role :

We are looking for experienced Architects and Civil Engineers to collaborate on U.S.-based residential housing projects located in New Mexico, USA .

The selected professionals will help us design five model house types that will serve as base templates for customer selection and customization.

Key Requirements :

✅ Strong knowledge of IBC (International Building Code)

✅ Familiarity with local AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) regulations and Fire Codes

✅ Experience in steel structure residential or light commercial building design

✅ Proficiency in preparing construction drawings and coordination with U.S. permitting standards

✅ Ability to interpret redlines and apply code-compliant modifications

Sample drawings and previous project references

Design concept guidelines and architectural references for each model type

Engagement :

Remote collaboration with regular design reviews
