Summary :
We are seeking Business Systems Analysts (BSA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system enhancements. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to translate business objectives into functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Document functional and technical requirements for product enhancements and new implementations.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and data models.
System Implementation & Support
Collaborate with engineering team to design and implement solutions.Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for new features and system modifications.Support testing efforts by defining test cases and assisting with UAT (User Acceptance Testing).Data & Process Optimization
Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.Work with data teams to ensure system data integrity and reporting accuracy.Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.Stakeholder Communication & Documentation
Act as a liaison between business users and the development team.Create clear and concise documentation, including business process diagrams, system workflows, and training materials.Qualifications :
years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments is a plus.Technical Skills :
BugQuery, SQL and data analysis tools, GCP, KafkaSoft Skills :
