Job description

Tech Mahindra is seeking in-house legal counsels to join Legal team in Noida / Pune.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Reviewing various legal contracts such as MSA, RFP, DPA, Vendor agreements, NDA, and License Agreements.
  • Ensuring that legal documents align with group standards and policies to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Staying updated on legislative changes that could impact the company and its affiliates.

Qualifications :

  • L.L.B degree from a reputable college / university.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an in-house counsel with similar responsibilities.
  • Proficient in managing communications with internal departments promptly.
  • Skilled in fostering a collaborative management environment through effective communication with internal teams and law firms.
  • Strong attention to detail and adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a strategic and execution-oriented approach.
