Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Frontend Development :

  • Own the architecture, implementation, and delivery of scalable and maintainable React and React Native applications.

Team Leadership :

  • Lead and mentor a team of 20+ frontend engineers; conduct code reviews, define coding standards, and foster best practices across teams.

    • Technical Expertise :

  • Build high-performance UIs using React (v18 & v19) and React Native (CLI & Expo).
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement state management using Redux, Redux Thunk, Redux Saga, RTK Query, and React Query.

    • Mobile App Lifecycle :

  • Handle app signing, packaging, and submission for both Google Play and Apple App Store.
  • Ensure compliance with store policies and guidelines.

    • Architecture & Code Quality :

  • Design modular, testable, and reusable frontend components.
  • Identify and fix performance bottlenecks across platforms.
  • Uphold high standards in code quality, readability, and maintainability.

    • Client Collaboration :

  • Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and offer technical consultation.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions.

    • Agile Delivery :

  • Work in Agile / Scrum teams with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Developers to deliver new features.
  • Own project timelines and delivery quality.

    • Skills & Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of professional experience in React and React Native development.
  • Proven experience leading large frontend teams and working on cross-platform projects.
  • Strong grasp of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern development tools.
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in client-facing roles.
