We're looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise and business acumen , with 2–4 years of experience in industrial sales. This role is perfect for someone who can leverage their engineering background to provide solutions, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Manage & grow business with existing customers while developing new opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations; lead negotiations, and close deals.
- Provide reliable after-sales support, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Education : B.Tech / Diploma in MechanicalExperience : 2–3 years in a B2B technical sales role (Industrial Equipment, Hydraulics,, etc.).Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-driven, result-orientedWillingness to travel as required for client visits and business development.Education
