We are seeking a Head of Global Marketing & Demand Generation to establish and lead our marketing function in India, supporting our global business expansion. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution , covering research, lead generation, digital marketing, brand governance, and partner co-marketing. The leader will play a pivotal role in positioning Sciente globally, enabling business development teams onsite, and building scalable marketing processes.

What are you expected to do?

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute Sciente’s global marketing strategy , aligned with business expansion priorities.
  • Own and govern brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across geographies.
  • Develop a scalable marketing operations framework to support global teams.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team in India over time.

Demand Generation & Sales Enablement

  • Design and run end-to-end demand generation programs (inbound & outbound) to fuel pipelines for onsite Business Development Managers (BDMs).
  • Establish structured market research and segmentation to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Create sales enablement assets (presentations, playbooks, case studies) to support global BDMs.
  • Track and report on marketing ROI, funnel metrics, and lead-to-revenue conversion .
  • Digital Marketing & Content

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, email, LinkedIn, social, web).
  • Build a content marketing engine with thought leadership, blogs, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Drive marketing automation, analytics, and CRM integration to scale activities efficiently.
  • Partner & Co-Marketing

  • Work closely with technology and consulting partners to execute joint go-to-market initiatives .
  • Plan and deliver co-branded campaigns, events, and webinars .
  • Strengthen Sciente’s presence in partner ecosystems .
  • Brand & Communications

  • Govern brand consistency across all external communication.
  • Oversee corporate communications including employer branding.
  • Who shall fit-in the best?

  • Hands-on operator with the ability to set strategy and execute to meet measureable performance goals .
  • 12–15 years of marketing experience in IT services, consulting, or technology sectors, with exposure to global markets is mandatory.
  • Successful track-recrod in demand / lead generation, digital marketing, and brand management .
  • Experience working with onsite sales teams and partner ecosystems .
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication and execution skills.
  • Prior experience in setting up from scratch or scaling a marketing function is required.
