We are looking for an Enrolments & Outreach Executive to connect with prospective students and parents, manage their journey from enquiry to enrolment, and expand Future School’s presence through outreach initiatives and events. This is a dynamic, relationship-driven role where you will play a key part in growing our community of talented and passionate students.
Enrolments & Counselling
- Manage and nurture leads from enquiry to enrolment , providing timely and personalized counselling via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Guide prospective students and parents through program details, career outcomes, and the admissions process.
- Coordinate campus visits and meetings with faculty to deliver an exceptional visitor experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records with follow-ups, notes, and updated lead statuses.
- Share daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports with insights on lead performance and conversion progress.
Outreach & Events
Plan and execute school, college, and community outreach activities to build awareness and generate leads.Represent Future School at education fairs, festivals, and workshops to engage with potential students and influencers.Support on-campus events, open houses, and showcases , ensuring they are well-attended and impactful for enrollment.Build and maintain relationships with school principals, music faculty, and community partners to create collaboration opportunities.Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with marketing and media teams to align outreach with campaigns and content initiatives.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and student interests to improve counselling and outreach strategies.Contribute to refining admissions processes to enhance the student experience and improve conversion efficiency.Requirements
1–3 years of experience in student admissions, counselling, or a customer-facing role . (freshers who can ace this role - are more than welcome to apply)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Hindi / Konkani / Other Regional Languages is a plus).Strong organisational skills and attention to detail .Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and basic reporting tools .Interest in music, performing arts, or creative industries is a strong plus.What We Offer
