Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service : Lead and motivate sales staff to exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and building strong customer relationships. Staff Management : Recruit, train, and develop sales associates, ensuring they have strong product knowledge and excellent customer-handling skills. Inventory Management : Oversee inventory levels, order new stock, and ensure merchandise is accurately tracked and displayed to maximize sales and minimize losses. Operations & Aesthetics : Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and security, ensuring the store's visual merchandising and brand standards are met. Marketing & Strategy : Implement and develop effective sales and marketing strategies, analyze sales data, and prepare performance reports to inform business decisions. Budgeting & Administration : Manage store budgets, handle financial performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Customer Support : Address customer complaints, queries, and feedback professionally, resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
