Lease Accounting Analyst

Job Description

• Enter and maintain accurate lease data within lease accounting system
• Prepare and review journal entries related to lease obligations, right-of-use (ROU) assets, lease liabilities, and associated expenses
• Download lease payment schedule from TRIRIGA and initiate the payment process. Ensure timely and accurate payments to landlord
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close procedures for lease accounts
• Analyze financial impacts of lease modifications, terminations, and renewals
• Typically 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with specific experience in lease accounting highly desirable
• Experience with lease management software (e.g., CoStar, SAP RE-FX, Tririga) is a strong plus
