Profile – Business Development Executives

CTC - Upto 20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depends on Interview)

Experience - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

We’re reaching out to onboard reliable recruitment partners to help us hire Field Business Development Executives for our fast-growing sports-tech startup – a movement to make India play by bringing world-class sports coaching and infrastructure to schools and communities.

Role Summary :

This is a field-based role involving on-ground visits to schools, societies, and RWAs to pitch offerings, close partnerships, and meet targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Fluent in Hindi
• Energetic, self-driven, and good with people
• Sales or BD experience preferred (from School background)
• Must be comfortable with daily local travel
