What you will do

• Strategy : Work closely with the Network Expansion leadership to create a shared vision and strategic approach to Mobility in India
• Planning : Build and maintain the Network Expansion funnel for Mobility and help onboard existing and new Network Participants across India
• Program / Project Management : Be a resourceful, go-getting multitasker, supporting initiatives across the organization and ensuring our Mobility Network Participants (Buyer and Seller Apps) go live on time
• Scale : Build, maintain, and communicate detailed documents to assist citylevel, state, regional, and national expansion efforts, and make data-driven decisions
• Develop Relationships : Collaborate with other functional areas (Engineering, Operations, Product, Policy, etc.) to ensure efficient and productive working relationships
• Execute projects : Step into operational gaps and help teams execute and bring Mobility Network participants online. Ideal Candidate
• Deeply passionate about Mobility as a domain with demonstrated experience in solving Mobility problems at scale
• Experience across product management / operations for products such as - Bicycles, Electric Scooters, Bikes, Autos, and Cabs across Intra / Intercity products
• Diverse experience from ground / field operations to central operations and product operations
• Sales and Account Management experience - Super strong, client-first account management culture
