About the Role
Seeking 2 highly motivated and passionate Direction Department Interns to work alongside our director and assistant director team on an upcoming feature film. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in film direction, script breakdown, production management, and on-set coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production :
- Assist in script breakdown and scene analysis to identify shooting requirements
- Support in creating shot lists, floor plans, and storyboards
- Help coordinate casting sessions and auditions
- Assist with location scouting and recce activities
- Participate in production meetings and creative discussions
Production (On-Set) :
Support the director and 1st AD in managing daily shooting schedulesCoordinate with various departments (camera, sound, art, costume) to ensure smooth operationsManage call sheets and track continuityAssist in directing background artists and crowd scenesHandle on-set logistics and problem-solvingEnsure shooting remains on schedule and maintains production efficiencyCommunicate effectively between the director and crew membersAdministrative :
Maintain production documentation and reportsPrepare daily progress reportsAssist with script revisions and updatesHandle coordination tasks as assigned by the directorWho Should Apply

Have a genuine passion for filmmaking and directionAre currently pursuing or have recently completed studies in Film Direction, Mass Communication, Cinema Studies, or related fieldsPossesses strong organizational skills and can multitask under pressureDemonstrate excellent people management and communication skillsAre quick decision-makers and effective problem-solversShow keen attention to detail and visual storytelling sensibilityCan work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure production environmentsAre team players with a collaborative mindsetHave the ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, and weekendsPreferred :
