About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle – from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and social media.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on required skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking database regularly.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to forecast and plan future hiring needs.
- Support in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (IT or Non-IT).Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment .Proficiency with MS Office tools and job portals.What We Offer :
