Primary Role : Direct and manage all technical operations to ensure smooth academic delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the IT team (LMS, ERP, assessment, support).
- Plan and oversee implementation of new technology solutions.
- Ensure exam platforms are reliable, secure, and student-friendly.
- Coordinate with Academic Head to align IT systems with academic needs.
- Troubleshoot escalated issues during exams and resolve within timelines.
- Manage vendor relations (if external tools are used).
- Regularly upgrade systems to adopt new technologies.
- Conduct training sessions for IT staff and faculty on technical tools.
