Roles and Responsibility:
Job Profile: Non IT Recruiter
Key Responsibilities
Experience: 2-8 years in recruitment, preferably handling manufacturing or industrial mandates in a consulting setup.
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate, preferably with specialization in HR or related field.
Key Skills: Strong sourcing and assessment ability, client interfacing skills, and understanding of plant-level hiring.
Attributes: Target-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple mandates with ownership.
