Job Purpose :
Leading and overseeing the development of creative concepts, messaging, and copywriting across various mediums to effectively communicate the brand's message and resonate with the target audience. The role involves in providing strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to the team and collaborate with other teams leads to deliver compelling and impactful campaigns that drive engagement & achieve business goals.

10. Operations : Adherence to documented SOPs.
Skill Set :
1. 9+ years of industry experience. Digital agency experience, along with team management skills preferred
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with an aptitude in fostering a long-term relationship
3. Ability to effectively articulate and explain complex creative ideas, concepts, and strategies to clients and the creative team.
4. Strong leadership skills to effectively lead and inspire teams, set strategic direction, and drive organizational success.
