Key Deliverables :

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance.
  • Handle employee financial accounting across multiple international locations.
  • Publish timely dashboards and payroll reports for management.
  • Leverage Excel to conduct payroll analysis and resolve discrepancies.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Ensure seamless HR-payroll operations across onsite locations.
  • Coordinate with HR teams to maintain employee data accuracy.
  • Support audits and implement corrective actions in payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve payroll efficiency.
