We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer passionate about creating visually compelling content for digital marketing. You will be a core contributor to our daily visual output, helping to maintain a cohesive and engaging brand presence across all online channels.
Responsibilities
- Design a high volume of quality digital assets , including social media posts, static advertisements, website banners, email templates, and presentation decks.
- Ensure all design outputs strictly adhere to brand guidelines regarding color palettes, typography, and visual style.
- Optimize graphic files for various platform specifications (e.g., website, Instagram Stories, posts).
- Assist the senior design team in maintaining and organizing the digital asset library, ensuring all files are properly archived.
- Work collaboratively with marketing managers to interpret creative briefs and deliver designs accurately and on time.
Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrated proficiency (portfolio required) in industry-standard tools : Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) is essential.Foundational understanding of design principles (layout, color theory, typography) and digital file preparation.Ability to take direction, receive feedback constructively, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.A strong, clean portfolio showcasing digital marketing graphics and attention to detail.Familiarity with basic animation tools or a willingness to learn is a strong plus.Experience of 2+ years needed
