We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Functional Consultant with 3–10 years of experience in the HR technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical expertise in Workday modules and a strong understanding of HR business processes. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical experts to deliver scalable Workday solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and support Workday modules including :
- Core HCM
- Benefits
- Advanced Compensation
- Advanced Reporting
- EIBs
- Calculated Fields
- Design and implement business process configurations and enhancements.
- Lead or support onboarding , job requisition , and recruitment business processes.
- Participate in Talent Review testing and rollout.
- Analyze Workday release updates and assess impact on existing configurations.
- Collaborate with business teams for requirement gathering, design reviews, and finalizing configurations.
- Develop and maintain custom reports , dashboards , and EIB integrations .
- Support year-end activities , unit testing , and UAT .
- Guide business and functional users on best practices and system capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
3–10 years of experience in the HR technology ecosystem , with a focus on Workday .Proven expertise in Workday Core HCM , Benefits , Compensation , Reporting , and Integrations .Strong understanding of business process redesign principles and tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including business users, technical teams, and executives.Strong collaboration and influencing skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Self-driven with a growth mindset and passion for learning and sharing knowledge.If you're passionate about HR technology and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
