AWS Connect Developer

Job descriptionDesign and configure Amazon Connect instances, contact flows, routing profiles, and queues. Develop and maintain custom integrations with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud Voice). Implement IVR systems, call routing, and telephony configurations. Build and optimize Lambda functions for backend logic and automation. Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services (Lambda, S3, Kinesis, Lex, Polly) and third-party applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Ensure security, compliance, and high availability of solutions. 3–9 years of experience in AWS cloud solutions, with hands-on experience in Amazon Connect. Strong knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, S3, Kinesis, CloudWatch). Proficiency in scripting / programming (Python, Node.js) for Lambda functions. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration best practices. Experience with contact center technologies, VoIP, and telephony systems. AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer) preferred.
