Shifts : Day Shift (Domestic) / Night Shift (USA)

About the Role

Aspire Webs & Informatics Pvt Ltd is hiring Customer Support Representatives for two different processes— Domestic and International (USA) . Candidates will be assigned to one process based on skills, communication ability, and shift preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, or email.
  • Provide product / service information clearly and professionally.
  • Resolve issues or escalate to the concerned team when needed.
  • Maintain proper documentation and CRM records.
  • Deliver high customer satisfaction and meet response time targets.
  • Follow process guidelines specific to Domestic or USA support.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Domestic : English + Hindi
  • International (USA) : Excellent English (neutral / US-friendly accent preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Willingness to work in Day Shift for Domestic or Night Shift for USA process.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
