Designer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Prepare Designer with hands-on experience in Aluminum Formwork design, specifically in modulation planning, shell plan preparation, and production-ready drawing generation. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely preparation of manufacturing drawings and shell plans.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop detailed modulation plans and shell plans based on architectural and structural drawings.
• Prepare accurate and optimized manufacturing drawings for aluminum formwork components.
• Work in coordination with the production and planning team to ensure manufacturing feasibility.
• Analyze project drawings and technical specifications to create production-ready formwork layouts.
• Optimize design for material efficiency, ease of assembly, and reusability.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide necessary inputs for continuous design improvement.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to address issues related to shell / modulation plan discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing control per company standards.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and internal quality requirements.
