Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Prepare Designer with hands-on experience in Aluminum Formwork design, specifically in modulation planning, shell plan preparation, and production-ready drawing generation. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely preparation of manufacturing drawings and shell plans.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop detailed modulation plans and shell plans based on architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare accurate and optimized manufacturing drawings for aluminum formwork components.
- Work in coordination with the production and planning team to ensure manufacturing feasibility.
- Analyze project drawings and technical specifications to create production-ready formwork layouts.
- Optimize design for material efficiency, ease of assembly, and reusability.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide necessary inputs for continuous design improvement.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to address issues related to shell / modulation plan discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing control per company standards.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and internal quality requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related technical field.3+ years of proven experience in Aluminum Formwork design, especially in modulation and shell planning.Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, and familiarity with 2D / 3D design software (e.g., SolidWorks, Revit – optional).Understanding of formwork production processes, tolerances, and aluminum fabrication techniques.Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.Familiarity with modular systems and cost-efficient design practices.
