Relationship Manager - CTC Up to 4.00 LPA

We are hiring a Relationship Manager to lead a team of agents, achieve sales targets, and help customers choose the right life insurance plans.

Role & responsibilities

Present yourself to clients and provide clear explanations of life insurance products.

Assist clients with post-purchase assistance and insurance renewals.

Hire and teach salesmen and consultants for insurance.

Encourage your group to meet monthly sales goals.

Encourage and lead your group to achieve greater results.

Give your management an update on your sales performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any field (MBA is an added advantage).

2 years of sales experience in any field, preferably in life insurance or finance.

Good communication and people skills.

Self-motivated, target-focused, and willing to work in the field.
