BIM Structural Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced BIM Structural Project Maager with a strong background in US-based wood construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience, a deep understanding of US codes, standards, and building requirements, and proven client management skills. You will play a key role in delivering coordinated and code-compliant structural BIM models and drawings while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the structural modeling and documentation of wood-framed buildings for US projects using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with US codes, standards and project-specific requirements.
• Coordinate closely with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of structural systems.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and constructability before submission.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
• Continuously stay updated with changes in US construction codes, BIM standards, and wood construction techniques.
