Job Purpose:The Cell Process Lead manages cell processing operations, providing technical guidance to optimize efficiency, reduce defects, and improve yield. They lead process optimization, enforce quality and safety standards, and champion digital transformation initiatives. By mentoring engineers and documenting performance, they drive continuous improvement across all clusters.

Responsibilities

Safety and Compliance :

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and training to maintain a safe work environment. Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure full compliance with safety regulations.

Process Oversight

Supervise wet chemistry processes to prepare silicon wafers for solar cell manufacturing, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules.

Chemical Management

Handle and manage chemicals used in wet chemistry processes, ensuring proper storage, handling, and disposal in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Process Optimization

Optimize chemical concentrations, temperatures, and immersion times to achieve desired surface properties and cleanliness of silicon wafers.

Quality Control

Conduct inspections to verify the effectiveness of wet chemistry processes in preparing silicon wafers, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and surface quality.

Documentation And Reporting

Maintain accurate records of chemical usage, process parameters, quality inspections, and safety procedures. Generate reports to track process performance and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field

Work Experience (Range Of Years)

Min 2 - 5 years of experience in wet chemistry Process activities, including chemical handling, batch processing, and process optimization.
