Job descriptionExpert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development best practices. Strong React (or similar) and state management (Redux) experience. Familiar with testing frameworks and CI / CD pipelines. Problem solver with attention to detail Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and decision-making.
We're looking for a Frontend Lead to build world-class enterprise applications and deliver a stellar user experience for operators globally. You'll own frontend architecture, lead the team, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
Responsibilities
- Lead the rehaul of product experience and frontend architecture.
- Improve development, deployment, and bug-fix processes.
- Drive unit test coverage (80%+) and implement automated testing.
- Own sprint cycles, task tracking, and team deliverables.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and foster collaboration.
