Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Technical Consultant to support the implementation, customization, and production support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and System Administration . The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies, integrations, and reporting tools , with experience managing both single and multi-Business Group environments.
Key Responsibilities :
Implementation & Enhancement :
- Participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) modules — from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
- Design and develop custom solutions, cloud extensions, and integrations to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business processes into scalable technical solutions within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment.
- Develop and configure HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI analyses .
- Design and implement Integrations using HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, HCM Extracts, REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services .
- Support cloud data migration activities, including mapping, transformation, and validation of employee and payroll data.
Production Support :
Provide L2 / L3 production support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, data loads, and payroll processes .Monitor system performance, scheduled jobs, and data interfaces in the Oracle Cloud environment.Work with Oracle Support to resolve service requests (SRs) and apply quarterly updates or patches.System Administration & Cloud Maintenance :
Manage user roles, security profiles, and HCM security configurations across multiple Business Groups.Maintain cloud environments , monitor scheduled processes, and ensure data integrity.Participate in Oracle Cloud quarterly release testing and regression validation.Ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices for configuration, extensions, and integrations.Technical Skills :
Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Modules – Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Security.Strong experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, FBL , and Cloud Data Conversions .Expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Fast Formulas .Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building and managing integrations.Working knowledge of REST / SOAP APIs and Web Services for Oracle Cloud HCM.Knowledge of PaaS and SaaS extensions — VBCS, ADF, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) .Proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, XML, and JSON .Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Security, Roles, and Data Access Models .Functional Knowledge :
Understanding of HR and Payroll business processes in a cloud environment.Experience with multi-country payroll configurations and multi-Business Group setups .Familiarity with statutory and compliance requirements in cloud HCM deployments.Ability to partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders for solution delivery.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Technical or Integration) preferred.Minimum 5+ years of Oracle HCM technical experience , with at least 3+ years in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) .Soft Skills :
