Job Title : Full Stack Lead (Java)

Experience : 8 - 10 :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead with expertise in Java Spring, Hibernate, React JS, and SQL to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable microservices-based applications.

You will manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, guide the team, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop full-stack applications using Java Spring, Hibernate, React JS, and SQL.
• Architect microservices-based solutions with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Build and manage CI / CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
• Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring coding best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance development Skills :
• 8 - 10 years experience in full-stack development.
• Strong Java Spring Framework & Hibernate expertise.
• Front-end skills : React JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Experience with microservices architecture, CI / CD, and containerization.
• Strong communication and problem-solving :
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Git, Agile / Scrum knowledge.
• Security best practices in web development.
