Responsibilities :

Strategic Technology Leadership

  • Architect and execute IT strategies aligned with business growth and operational excellence
  • Champion digital transformation across functions and geographies

Team & Culture Building

  • Lead a high-performing IT team across applications, infrastructure, and BI
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning

    • Enterprise Applications & UX

  • Oversee lifecycle management of web and mobile platforms
  • Drive adoption of scalable, user-centric technologies

    • Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

  • Ensure resilience and uptime across networks, data centers, and endpoints
  • Build a proactive cybersecurity framework with robust monitoring and response

    • Cloud & Emerging Technologies

  • Lead cloud migration and optimization initiatives
  • Explore AI, automation, and analytics to enhance competitive edge

    • Data & Business Intelligence

  • Establish enterprise-wide BI practices for real-time insights
  • Ensure data governance, accuracy, and accessibility

    • Program & Vendor Oversight

  • Deliver large-scale IT programs within scope and budget
  • Manage vendor relationships to maximize value and service quality

    • Financial Stewardship

  • Own IT budgeting and investment planning
  • Ensure cost-effective technology decisions with measurable impact

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, or related field (master’s or certifications preferred)
  • 18+ years of progressive IT leadership, ideally in manufacturing
  • Proven success in digital transformation, infrastructure, and BI
  • Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Deep understanding of enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and data strategy

    • Required Skills : 18+ years in IT leadership
