As our strategy & operations lead, you will be the right-hand to the founder, wearing multiple hats and driving the business forward. You will not only ensure the seamless functioning of our current operations but will also be at the forefront of designing and launching our new ventures. Key Responsibilities

• Business operations & management :
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our detailing studio and doorstep services to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the central point of contact, coordinating between in-house and outsourced teams to ensure all projects and tasks are delivered on time.
• Streamline processes and identify areas for operational improvement and cost optimization.
• Strategy & new venture development :
• Lead the planning, setup, and execution of new business entities within the Pristine ecosystem, starting with our freelancer platform.
• Conduct ground-level market research, gather customer insights, and analyze competitors to inform business strategy.
• Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas to formulate the future roadmap and growth trajectory of Pristine Auto Care.
• Project leadership & execution :
• Take full ownership of new projects from conception to completion.
• You will get a team of 1 person to supervise.
• Develop clear project plans, set timelines, and manage resources effectively.
• Be willing to visit the field to understand the ground reality, build relationships, and ensure flawless execution.
